Payment for this villa is as follows: a 1 month fee is payable upon making the reservation, and a 2 month fee is payable 7 days before move-in. The remaining balance will be paid monthly starting from the month after move-in. A security deposit of 135,000 THB is also required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure.
