Meet the Empire Estates Phuket team
Empire Estates Phuket is a team of five working from our office in Choeng Thale. The co-founders, Silvain Bonnamy (CEO, French) and Pattama Samuktum (real estate agent, Thai), handle sales and rentals; Jip, Kim and Bew run the day-to-day care of the homes owners entrust to us.
Sales and rentals
The two co-founders have run the agency since 2021. They are the people who answer your first message and come to your viewings.
Silvain Bonnamy

Silvain co-founded Empire Estates Phuket in 2021 and runs the company. A French national living in Phuket, he is the French-speaking contact for buyers, investors, owners and tenants, from the first search to the signed contract.
Pattama Samuktum
Co-Founder & Real Estate Agent
Thai
Pattama co-founded Empire Estates Phuket in 2021 and works as the agency’s real estate agent. She lists properties, runs viewings and follows each file through to signature, including the exchanges in Thai with owners and developers.
Property management
The operations team looks after the homes under our management: tenants and guests, contractors and housekeeping.
Jip
Operations Manager

Jip manages the agency’s day-to-day operations, including the homes we manage on behalf of their owners.
Kim
Guest Communication & Contractor Coordination
Thai
Kim is the point of contact for tenants and guests staying in the homes we manage, and books and follows up the contractors for maintenance and repairs.
Bew
Housekeeper
Thai
Bew takes care of housekeeping in the homes under our management.
